Back

Alright, so I’ve been gone for quite a while. But even still, I haven’t given up on IWMIC in the slightest. Unfortunately, being a young animator with no job does not help along the process of making a movie. Progress on sets have completely halted for lack of money, but hopefully that’ll start again soon.

As with almost everything else, animating can’t begin until at least voice overs are done. My microphone just recently broke, just before I planned to begin, so as soon as I get a new, decent quality mic, that’ll begin. Luckily, those won’t take long, and then I can focus all my attention on set building and animation.

The script is being minorly revised, making certain lines sound more natural, some small dialouge added/removed, and other small tweaks, which won’t make or break the script, but still improvie it’s overall quality. It should still remain around the same length, but if not, it’ll get a bit longer, not shorter. While on the subject of the script, I recently sent the first copy of the script to myself, which is basically a form of copyright.

And finally, I’ve switched my frame grabber. I’ve been meaning to make a switch for quite a long time, but for some reason I never actually did. I’ve switched from Anasazi to Monkeyjam, both free programs. I found that on occasion Anasazi has some compression and playback problems, rendering the animation choppy no matter how smooth it really is. The only thing I miss about Anasazi is the onion skinning. If Monkeyjam has it, I haven’t found it yet.

That’s all I’ve got for you guys today. Sorry about the discombobulated format of the blog, I just had a lot to say and not much time to organize my thoughts. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my ass back in gear and do some work on IWMIC. I don’t know when I’m ever going to get this done, but if I can get it done well, it’ll be worth the wait. More on everything later.

  1. I would like to come here again. It sounds god to me, and there’s a lot of interesting information here

  2. It’s hard to imagine, how people have guts to write comments like that. I would never write anything like this, because I would have thought what other would think of me after that. I know that it doesn’t matter who you are in Internet, you can act however you want, but anyway I would remember that a man should act nice and polite, no matter if he is online or offline

  3. I’m a person, who knows what she wants. I’m not the one who has a lot of free time to write comments here and discuss stupid and silly news, like you do. It’s so funny that you all take it seriously, start thinking about it and so on. I would never spend my time on such stupidity. I just want to say that there’s a real word, where you can spread rumors and argue. Why are you doing this online? You look so funny!
